<br />The Court finds that said estate is not subject to any Federal Estate Tax or Inheritance Tax under
<br />the laws of the State of Nebraska.
<br />The Court -finds that said August Hamann departed this life on the 7th day of March, 1934, being
<br />at the time a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and being at the time possessed of both real and
<br />i
<br />personal property in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That the said August Hamann, deceased, left surviving him as his heirs -at -law and his only heirs -
<br />at -law the following named persons:
<br />Lena Hamann, wife of deceased, of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Fred Hamann, a son, of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Louisa Hongsermeier, a daughter, of Hall County, Nebr.;
<br />Clara Kneffelkamp, a daughter, of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />William Hamann, a son, of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Emma Horst, a daughter, of Hamilton County, Nebraska;
<br />Alice Dankert, a daughter, of Howard County, Nebraska;
<br />Margaret Hamann, a daughter, of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Henry Hamann, a son, of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that the said August Hamann died seized, as the owner in fee simple, of the follow
<br />ing described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Southeast quarter and the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 12, North
<br />of Range 9, West of the-6th P.M.,
<br />That by the provisions of the last Will and Testament of the said August Hamann, deceased, the
<br />said above described real estate be devised as follows:
<br />To Fred Hamann, son of deceased, the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, irr Townshi
<br />12, North of Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, charged with the payment to
<br />Louisa Hongsermeier, Clara Kneffelkamp, Emma Horst, Alice Dankert and Margaret Hamann, daughters
<br />of deceased, of the sum of $200.00 each, and subject to a life estate in the widow of said decease l,
<br />Lena Hamann,
<br />To William Hamann, son of deceased, the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, in Town
<br />ship 12, North of Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, charged with the payment
<br />to Louisa Hongsermeier, Clara Kneffelkamp, Emma Horst, Alice Dankert and Margaret Hamann, daughter
<br />of deceased, of the sum of $200.00 each, and subject to a life estate in the widow of said decease ,
<br />Lena Hamann.
<br />To Henry Hamann, son of deceased, the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, in Township
<br />12, North of Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, charged with the payment to
<br />Louisa Hongsermeier, Clara Kneffelkamp, Emma Horst, Alice Dankert and Margaret Hamann, daughters
<br />of deceased, of the sum of $200.00 each, and subject to a life estate in the widow of said decease ,
<br />Lena Hamann.
<br />The Court finds that the said daughters of said deceased, Louisa Hongsermeier, Clara Kneffelkamp,
<br />Emma Horst,Alice Dankert and Margaret Hamann, have each been paid, and receipts are on file for th
<br />sums provided for them which were made a charge against the real estate devised to the sons of
<br />said deceased, Fred Hamann, William Hamann and Henry Hamann.
<br />It is, therefore, considered by the Court that under the terms and provisions of the last Will and
<br />Testament of said August Hamann, deceased, all of the above mentioned real estate did pass and
<br />descend at his death in the manner following:
<br />To Fred Hamann, son of deceased, the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, in Townshl
<br />12, North of Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, charged with the payment to
<br />Louisa Hongsermeier, Clara Kneffelkamp, Emma Horst,Alice Dankert and Margaret Hammann, daughters o
<br />deceased, of the sum of $200.00 each, and subject to a life estate in the widow of said deceased,
<br />Lena Hamann.
<br />To William Hamann, son of deceased, the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, in
<br />Township 12, North of Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, charged with the
<br />payment to Louisa Hongsermeier, Clara Kneffelkamp, Emma Horst, Alice Dankert and Margaret Hamann,
<br />daughters of deceased, of the sum of $200.00 each, and subject to a life estate in the widow of
<br />said deceased, Lena Hamann.
