<br />!The court further finds that Charles Henry Cornelius was required to pay to the executors of said
<br />estate the sum of $1900.00, that said sum has been paid by the said Charles Henry Cornelius, and
<br />;that he is relieved from any further liability by reason of paragraph two of said will.
<br />3The court further finds that under the terms and provisions of said will, Myrtle Cathrine Hulme
<br />was to pay $50.00;' that said sum has been paid by the said Myrtle Cathrine Hulme, and that she is
<br />relieved from any further liability by reason of paragraph three of said will.
<br />The court further finds that said estate is not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska, or under the laws of the United States.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that all claims against said estate
<br />;have been fully settled and paid and that any claims not filed or outstanding against said estate,
<br />if any such there be, are forever barred and precluded.
<br />It is further ordered, considered and decreed by the court, that the above described premises, t
<br />wit:
<br />the Southeast quarter (SE411 and the South Half of the Northeast quarter (SJ NEJ) of Section Twenty
<br />;five (25) Township Eleven (11),North of Range eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M.Hall County,NebraskE
<br />:'did pass and descend at the death of the said Millard F.Cornelius,under and by virtue of the provi
<br />signs of his last will and testament in the manner following:
<br />One -sixth thereof to Charles Henry Cornelius, a son,
<br />lone -sixth thereof to Florence Rebecca Mushaney, a daughter,
<br />!one -sixth thereof to Myrtle Cathrine Hulme, a daughter,
<br />,one -sixth thereof to Hobart Fillmore Cornelius, a son,
<br />gone -sixth thereof to Claribel Stager, a daughter,
<br />1/36 thereof to Rozella Mae Williams,
<br />11/36 thereof to Rex Ray Williams,
<br />1/36 thereof to Isabelle Sarah Williams,
<br />11/36 thereof to Dollye Grace Williams,
<br />11/36 thereof to Roy Lee Williams,
<br />X1/36 thereof to Bonnie Jean Williams, grandchildren of
<br />!Millard F.Cornelius.
<br />and the said property is hereby awarded to them in absolute title.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that upon the executora filing with this
<br />court, the receipts from the legatees from their respective distributive shares and the receipts
<br />for the payment of the claims filed against said estate, that said executors shall be discharged c
<br />their trust and their bond released, and said estate forever closed and settled.
