<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate
<br />Of FINAL DECREE
<br />Richard Bergholz, deceased
<br />Now on this 2711 day of August ,1935 , thi s cause came on f of hearing
<br />on the Final Report of Minnie Bergholz,Administratrix of the estate of Richard Bergholz,deceased,
<br />and it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all parties
<br />interested,as required by law,of the filing of said report,and it appearing to the Court after a
<br />full examination that the amount exhibited by said Administratrix is correct in all things and
<br />ought to be approved and allowed,and it further appearing that said Administratrix has accounted
<br />for all of the estate which has come into her hands, It is, THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECRE
<br />that the report of the said Minnie Bergholz,Administratrix of the estate of Richard Bergholz,
<br />deceased,be and the same is hereby approved as and for her Final Report.
<br />The Court finds that notice has been given to all creditors of said estate in the manner provided
<br />by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said deceased; that
<br />the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims filed and allowed against
<br />said estate have been fully paid and satisfied;that the funeral expenses of said deceased and the
<br />I cost of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all outstanding claims against
<br />said estate not filed,if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded.

<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />i filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Richard Bergholz,deceas�d,

<br />and that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that said Administratrix has received in cash from Postal Savings account the suml
<br />of X444.00.
<br />IThat said Administratrix disbursed the amount of $597.22 for bills allowed against said estate,or
<br />j
<br />a total of $452.92 in excess of receipts,which excess was paid from her personal funds,and for
<br />t -
<br />I which said Administratrix makes no claim.
<br />That said Administratrix has accounted for all sums that have come into her hands.
<br />The Court finds that said estate is not subject to any Federal Estate Tax or Inheritance Tax and
<br />the laws of the State of Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that said Richard Bergholz departed this life on the 2nd day of January,1935,bein�
<br />at the time a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and being at the time possessed of both real and
<br />personal property in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />That the said Richard Bergholz,deceased,lef t surviving him as his heirs -at -law and his only heirs
<br />at -law the following named persons: Minnie Bergholz,widow of said deceased,of Grand Island,Nebras'a,
<br />Harry Bergholz,a son,of Grand Island,Nebraska, 12 years of age, Donald Bergholz,a son,of Grand
