<br />This cause came on for hearing on this 17" day of September, 19351 upon the final report of
<br />William Suhr, Executor, and the Court finds that Clinton P.Mecham died on the 5th day of April,
<br />1933, leaving a last will and testament; that a petition was filed herein, offering for probate
<br />said purported last will and testament, and that a date for hearing thereon was fixed, and on saV
<br />date, October 3, 1933, a hearing was had upon said petition, and said last will and testament of
<br />Clinton P.Mecham was admitted to probate, and letters testamentary issued to William Suhr, Executc
<br />who qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that said Clinton P.Mecham left surviving him, as his sole and only heirs
<br />at law, legatees, and devisees, the following: Martha E.Mecham, his widow; Ina Glenn, a daughter,
<br />Blanche E.Means, a daughter, Earl A.Mecham, a son, Floyd J.Mecham, a son, and Glenn Mecham, a son
<br />all of whom were at the time of the death of said Clinton P.Mecham and now are of legal age.
<br />The Court further finds that a time was fixed for filing claims, and due and legal notice given
<br />thereof, and that a hearing was had on the 31st day of January, 1934, and there being no claims
<br />on file, an order was entered barring any and all claims not filed against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that there was no inheritance tax on said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Clinton P.Mecham died seized of the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:
<br />The south half of the southeast quarter of Section Eleven (11), in Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />The Court further finds that all claims and expenses of administration have been paid.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, that all claims not filed herein, are forever barred, the time for
<br />filing claims having expired.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the real estate described as follows: the south half of the southeast
<br />quarter of Section Eleven (11), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, under said last will and testament, passed and descended to Martha E.
<br />Mecham, a life estate, and all of the rest, residue, and remainder to Ina Glenn, Blanche E.Means,
<br />Earl A.Mecham, Floyd J.Mecham, and Glenn Mecham, share and share alike.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the provisions of paragraph three of said last will and testament
<br />wherein Ina Glenn and Blanche E.Means are bequeathed the sum of two thousand dollars, ($2000)
<br />each, by reason of the waiver filed by said legatees, is hereby declared and determined waived
<br />and settled.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the final report of said Executor be, and the same is hereby allowed
<br />as and for his final report, and that said..Exeoutor, having performed all of his duties as such,
<br />is hereby discharged and his bond released.
