<br />I direct that all of my just debts, including the expenses of my last sickness, death
<br />be paid out of my estate as soon as can conveniently be done after my death.

<br />Unto my beloved sisters, Antonette,Schmidt and Emma L.Wivell, in the event they both survive me,
<br />I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and
<br />personal, and wheresoever situated, to have and to hold to them and their heirs forever; should,
<br />however, either of said sisters precede me in death, then and in that event it is my will that
<br />my entire estate go to the surviving sister to be hers absolute.

<br />I.hereby nominate Emma L.Wivell, of Grand Island,Nebraska, to be executrix of this my last will
<br />and testament and hereby revoke any and all former wills by me made.

<br />Is Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />22nd day of June, 1934, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Alma Schmi�t
<br />deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 24th day of July, 1934, said instrument
<br />to which this certificate is attached was duly proved ?probated and allowed as the last will and
<br />testament of the real and personal estate of said Alma Schmidt, deceased, and the same was ordere
<br />to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 24th

<br />! That on the 24th day of July, 1934, Emma L.Wivell, the person named as executrix in said will,
<br />filed her bond and oath of office and the Court issued Letters Testaments to said executrix who
<br />thereupon entered upon the duties pertaining thereto.
<br />That on the 24th day of July, 1934, the Court made and entered an order giving notice to creditor
<br />that all claims against the deceased, Alma Schmidt, must be filed three months from and after the
<br />23rd day of August, 1934, and that a hearing on claims so filed would be had at the office. of the
<br />! County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 23rd day of November, 1934, at 9 o'clock A.M. on sad
<br />day, and that notice of said order was published in the Grand Island Herald, that being a,:-,legal I
<br />newspaper published in the city of Grand Island,Nebraska, and in general circulation in said Hall
<br />County, for three weeks, and that no claims were filed in this cause.
<br />The Court further finds that the said deceased died siezed of the following described real estate
<br />to -wit:
