<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate

<br />;Jacob Sherer, deceased. )
<br />`On this 19th day of September, 19351 this cause comes on for hearing to the Court at the hour of
<br />10 :00 o'clock A. M., on the petition of Tom J.Bulger and Margaret Bulger and the evidence.
<br />'The Court finds that Jacob Sherer departed this life intestate at his home in Canyon County, Idahra
<br />on or about October 19, 1915-
<br />The Court further finds that'at the time of the death of said Jacob Sherer, he was the owner in
<br />fee of the following described real estate to -wit:
<br />North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N2 NWj) of Section Eight (8) Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br />Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That subsequent to the death of said Jacob Sherer, petitioners have become the owners of the said
<br />real estate as joint tenants and -not as tenants in common with the right of survivorship, the same)
<br />being acquired by mesne conveyances from the heirs of the deceased and are now such owners thereof,
<br />That more than two years have elapsed since the date of the death of said Jacob'Sherer and no
<br />application has been made In the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator of his
<br />estate, either by his heirs or by persons claiming to be creditors of said deceased, and no Countyl
<br />Court in the State of Nebraska, has acquired jurisdiction of his estate for the probate thereof.
<br />=That the heirs and next of kin of said Jacob Sherer at the date of his death were as follows:
<br />;His widow, Rhoda Sherer,
<br />_A son, Leo 1Sherer
<br />A daughter, Verna Finan
<br />;A daughter, Myrtle Hammond
<br />?A son, Glen Sherer,
<br />,A daughter, May Decker,
<br />,A son, Cecil Sherer,
<br />A son, Ray E.Sherer,
<br />!A son, Sampson;Sherer
<br />A son, Dewey Sherer
<br />A son, Jacob Sherer,Jr.
<br />JThat all of said children were of legal age at the time of the death of said deceased, except Samp
<br />:son Sherer and Dewey Sherer, who were age 17, and Jacob Sherer,Jr., who was age 11; that said de- j
<br />,ceased left no other child or children nor the issue of any deceased child or children him survivi�
<br />;That said deceased left no debts, claims or charges of any kind or nature outstanding against his
<br />Testate, and no inheritance or estate tax due, that upon his death the above described real estate
<br />,descended to his legal heirs as above designated, to said widow an undivided one -third fee title
<br />interest therein and the remaining two - thirds fee title interest to said children share and share
<br />alike.
<br />That petitioners are now the owners of said real estate as joint tenants and not as tenants in
<br />common with the right of survivorship, the same being acquired by mesne conveyances from the heirs
<br />of the deceased.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED.AND DECREED by the Court that said Jacob Sherer died intestate
<br />as set forth in the findings above, that petitioners Tom J.Bulger and Margaret Bulger have become
<br />the owners in fee of the above described real estate as joint tenants and not as tenants in common
<br />with the right of survivorship by mesne conveyances to them from the heirs of said deceased; that
<br />there are no creditors of said estate and no inheritance or estate tax due; that more than two yea:
<br />have elapsed since the date of the death of said Jacob Sherer.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged, decreed and determined that the sole heirs at law and next of kin
<br />of said Jacob Sherer at the time of his death were as follows:
