<br />Subject to the life estate devised to my wife, Anna L.Watson, in the second paragraph hereof, I
<br />give, devise, and bequeath to my son, Charles D.Watson, -the north half of the northwest quarter of
<br />Section Twenty -six (26), in Township Twelve (12) North of Range Eleven (11) West, in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. FOURTH.
<br />Subject to the life estate devised to my said wife in the Second paragraph hereof, I give, devise
<br />and bequeath to my daughter, Opal Watson, Fractional Lot Ten (10) in Fractional Block Two (2) in
<br />Rollins Addition to the city of Grand Island, and its complement, Fractional Lot Ten (10) in Frac
<br />tionsl Block Seven (7) in Wallichs Addition to the city of Grand Island, all in Hall County, Nebra ka,
<br />FIFTH.
<br />!Subject to the life estate devised to my said wife in the second paragraph hereof, I give,.devise,
<br />and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of the estate of which I shall die the owner,
<br />not specifically devised in the third and fourth paragraphs hereof, to my beloved children, Charlef
<br />;�D.Watson, Edna Stoeger, Hazel Zlomke, and Opal Watson, share and share alike.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />sI nominate and appoint my -said wife, Anna L.Watson, as Executrix of this will, and request that
<br />she be not required to furnish surety upon her official bond as such.
