317 <br />That the property described as Lots 5 and 6 in Block S, Original Town of Doniphan, Hall County, <br />ebraska, was the home of the deceased and wife at the time of his death, and the said Ida Crawfo <br />entitled to a homestead interest therein. <br />That under the law of descent in the State of Nebraska the above described real estate did pass and <br />descent at the death of the said Harvey S.Crawford, deceased, in the manner following: <br />To Ida Crawford, widow of said deceased, an undivided one -third interest therein; to Clyde Verne <br />Crawford, son of said deceased, an undivided one -third interest therein, and to Cloe Vera Reynolds <br />daughter of said deceased, an undivided one -third interest therein. That said parties took said <br />property absolutely, as tenants in common, subject to the homestead rights of the said Ida Crawford <br />idow, in the premises described as Lots 5 and 6 -in Block 8, original town of Doniphan, Hall County <br />Nebraska. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the said real estate, to -wit: <br />The Northeast Quarter of Section. 31, Township 15, North of Range 49, West of the 6th P.TrI. , in <br />Cheyenne County, Nebraska; <br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 342 Township 10, North of Range 9, West of the <br />:6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Lots 5 and 6 in Block 9, original town of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />did pass and descend on the death of the said Harvey S, Crawford, deceased, to Ida Crawford, widow <br />of said deceased,-Clyde Verne Crawford, son of said deceased, and Cloe Vera Reynolds, daughter of <br />said deceased, absolutely, as tenants in common, subject to the homestead rights of the said Ida <br />Crawford, widow, in the premises described as Lots 5 and 6 in Block 9, original town of Doniphan <br />Hall County, Nebraska.
