<br />Now on this 30th day of July, 1935, this cause came on for hearing on the Final Report of Clyde
<br />;Verne Crawford, Administrator of the estate of Harvey S.Crawford, deceased, and it appearing to
<br />,Court from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all parties interested, as required
<br />by law, of the filing of said report, and it further appearing to the Court after a full examinatic
<br />;that the account exhibited by said Administrator is correct in all things and ought to be approved
<br />land allowed, and it further appearing that said Administrator has accounted for all of the estate
<br />which has come into his hands,
<br />'IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Clyde Verne Crawford,
<br />'Administrator of the estate of Harvey S.Crawford, deceased, be and the same is hereby approved as
<br />and for his Final Report.
<br />The Court finds that notice has been given to all creditors of said estate in the manner provided
<br />+by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said deceased; that
<br />the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against sa4d
<br />estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses of said deceased and the cost:;
<br />of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all outstanding claims against said
<br />estate not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Harvey S.Crawford,
<br />deceased, and that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to any Inheritance Tax under the laws of
<br />the state of Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that said Harvey S.Crawford departed this life on the 9th day of January, 1935, t
<br />ing at the time a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and being at the time possessed of both real

<br />land personal property ir_ Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IThat the said Harvey S.Crawford, deceased, left surviving him as his heirs -at -law and his only
<br />1heirs-at-law the following named persons:
<br />Ida Crawford, his widow, of Doniphan, Nebraska,
<br />Clyde Verne Crawford, a son, of Doniphan, Nebraska,
<br />C1oe Vera Reynolds, a daughter, of Benkleman, Nebraska.
<br />and that all of the above named persons are more than twenty -one years of age.
<br />The Court finds that in the course of administration, by agreement of all interested parties, the
<br />implement business conducted by the deceased, husband and father of interested parties, and being
<br />the business shown on the inventory filed herein, was conducted as a going business and since the
<br />filing of the Final Report herein has been continued as a going business with interested parties ir
<br />said estate as partners.
<br />That from the partnership assets the bills against the estate and the costs and expenses of adminie
<br />tering the estate have been paid, and all interested parties have receipted in full for their dis-
<br />tributive share of the personal property of said estate.
<br />Court finds that the said Harvey S.Crawford died seized, as the owner in fee simple, of the
<br />ollowing described real estate:
<br />e Northeast Quarter of Section 312 Township 15, North of Range 49, Nest of the 6th P.M., in
<br />eyenne County, Nebraska;
<br />he East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 10, North of Range 9, West of the
<br />th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
