<br />land confirmed and the said Administratrix discharged from her trust.
<br />The Court further finds that all proceedings have been had in the said estate for the filing and
<br />allowance of claims; that a time and place for the filing of such claims has been duly fixed by
<br />order of Court and legal notice thereof given by-publication pursuant to the order of the Court;
<br />that such time has elapsed and all claims, debts and demands against the said estate not filed a
<br />allowed herein are hereby forever barred and foreclosed.
<br />The Court further finds that the said estate is not subject to the payment of inheritances taxes;
<br />that all claims filed and allowed, including the expenses of administration, have been paid in
<br />full and that there remains no personal, property in the hands of the said Administratrix for di
<br />tribution.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Elmer Clay Scott died intestate on January 14, 1935, being
<br />a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, leaving as his sole and only heirs at law the
<br />said Ruth Jane Scott, his widow, Phyllis Scott, a minor daughter, and Janet Scott, a minor daughte
<br />all of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That the said Elmer Clay Scott died seized of -
<br />All of Lot 9, Block 14, Shcimmer's Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and that the same should be set over and distributed to the said heirs at law, in equal undivided
<br />shares, subject however to the homestead interest of said Ruth Jane Scott.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED that the final account of the said Administratrix be, and th
<br />same is hereby, approved and confirmed and the said Administratrix discharged from her Laid trust,
<br />and the real estate hereinbefore described be, and the same is hereby, assigned and distributed tc
<br />the heirs at law of the said Elmer Clay Scott, as follows:
<br />To Ruth Jane Scott a homestead interest therein for and during her natural life,
<br />To Ruth Jane Scott an undivided one -third interest therein, subject to said homestead interest;
<br />To Phyllis Scott, an undivided one -third interest therein, subject to said homestead interest of
<br />Ruth Jane Scott,
<br />To Janet Scott, an undivided one -third interest therein, subject to said homestead interest of
<br />Ruth Jane Scott.
