<br />September, 193+, and that a hearing on claims so filed would be had at this office on the 18th
<br />day of December, 1934, and that notice of said order was published in the Grand Island_Independent
<br />that being a legal newspaper published in said City of Grand Island and in general circulation of
<br />said Hall County, for three weeks, and that no claims were filed herein.
<br />The Court further finds that the deceased died siezed of the following described real estate,tb,wi�:
<br />The South East Quarter (SEI) and the Easterly one -third (1/3) of the South West Quarter (SWJ) in
<br />Section Twenty -eight (28) Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6 P.M. in s
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; also
<br />Part of Lot One (1) in the County Sub- Division of the South Half of the South East Quarter (S *SEi)
<br />of Section Sixteen (16) Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., Hall Count
<br />Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof and more particularly described as follows:
<br />A rectangular piece of ground commencing at a point on the westerly line of Lot One of County
<br />Sub- Division of the South Half of the South East Quarter of Section 16, Township 11 North, Range 9
<br />a distance of 17.2 feet southerly from the north west corner of said lot, which said point is on a
<br />southerly line of Charles Street, running thence northeasterly on a line parallel with the norther
<br />line of said lot 56 feet, thence southerly at right angles 66 feet, thence westerly at right angle
<br />56 feet to the westerly line of said lot, then northerly at right angles 66 feet to point of begin
<br />ping.
<br />The Court further finds that the deceased left as part of his estate, a certificate of title No.

<br />one 18/50 interest in and to the North West Quarter of the North East Quarter and the East Half of
<br />the North East Quarter of the North West Quarter and Lot 3 in Section 10, Township 11 North, Rang
<br />7, Merrick County, Nebraska; also certificate of title No. 1873 by said Grand Island Trust Company)
<br />evidencing an undivided 3/65 interest in the South Half of the North East Quarter, the South Half Ili
<br />of the North West Quarter and the North Half of the South West Quarter and the North Half of the
<br />South East Quarter of Section 32, Township 19 North, Range 12 in Greeley County, Nebraska.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims against said estate have been paid
<br />and if any purported claims should be unpaid, the same are forever barred and all persons holding
<br />such purported claims are forever enjoined from filing them herein or commencing any action in any
<br />court based on such claims.

<br />to the said Amalie Hargens, to her and to her heirs forever in fee simple.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said John Hargens was the owner of an undivided
<br />18/50 interest in the North West Quarter of the North'East Quarter and the East Half of the North
<br />East Quarter of the North West Quarter and Lot 3 in Section 10, Township 11 North, Range 7, Merric
<br />County, Nebraska, and an undivided 3/65 interest in the South Half of the North East Quarter, the
<br />South Half of the North West Quarter and the North Half of the South West Quarter and the North
<br />Half of the South East Quarter of Section 32, Township 19 North, Range 12 in Greeley County, Ne-
<br />braska, and said premises are hereby awarded to said Amalie Hargens in fee simple to her and to
<br />her heirs forever.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the following described personal property is
<br />hereby awarded to the said Amalie Hargens, to her, her executors, administrators and assigns, for-
<br />ever:

<br />Trust Certificate 3152 executed by Grand Island Trust Company, participation mortgage,,by Thomas
