<br />This matter coming on this day to be heard upon the final report of Henry Hargens and Reimer Harg
<br />executors herein, and upon examination of the files and of said report, the Court finds that said
<br />report is true and correct and should be allowed as the final report of said executors. j
<br />The Court further finds that John Hargens departed this life on the 16th day of July, 1934, testae,
<br />a resident of said Hall County, Nebraska, leaving a last will which was admitted to probate in
<br />Court on the 21st day of August, 1934, vh ich will is in words and figures as follows, to -wit:
<br />THE LAST WILL OF JOHN HARGENS
<br />I, John Hargens, make this my last will hereby revolting all former wills by me made.
<br />I appoint my sons Reimer and Henry executors of this will.
<br />To my children Reimer, Mathilda, Lena, Christine, Henry, Emma, Anna, Minna, Martha and William
<br />each I give twenty -five d6llars.
<br />To my wife Amalie I give the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real estate, personal
<br />property and mixed, wherever the same may be situate, to her and her heirs forever, to be used or
<br />disposed of in any manner she might see fit without hindrence from anyone.
<br />Done at Grand Island this 2nd day of June, A.D., 1925-

<br />The foregoing was at the date thereof signed, sealed, published and declared by said testator as
<br />and for his last will in our presence and we in his presence and at his special request and in
<br />the presence of each other have signed our names as witnesses hereto.

<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />26th day of July, 1934, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of John Harge
<br />deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 21st day of August, 1934,'said instru
<br />ment to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will
<br />and testament of the real and personal estate of said John Hargens, deceased, and the same was
<br />ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 21st
<br />day of August, 1934.

<br />That on the 21st day of August, 1934, Henry Hargens and Reimer Hargens, the persons named as
<br />executors in said will, filed their bonds and oath of office and the Court issued Letters Testa-
