<br />The Court further finds that there was no inheritance tax to be paid.
<br />The Court further finds that the aforesaid administrator has complied with all his duties and
<br />has properly accounted for said estate, and that his final report filed herein be, and the same IS
<br />hereby, allowed as his final report, that he is hereby discharged and released from his bond.
<br />The Court further finds that said Bryan Cosgriff died seized of the following described real estate:
<br />The north half of the northwest quarter of Section Thirteen (13), in Township Ten (10),Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6th P.M., ,
<br />The East half of the southeast quarter of Section Fourteen (14), in Township Ten (10), Range Nine (9)
<br />The Northwest quarter of Section Twenty -four (24), in Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />The west half of the northeast quarter and`the.east half:.of the northwest quarter of Section
<br />Thirty -four (34), in Township Ten (10) Range Nine (9).
<br />all in Hall County, Nebraska; that said real estate, subject to incumbrances, under the laws of
<br />descent of the state of Nebraska, passed and descended as follows:
<br />To the widow, Catherine Cosgriff, an undivided one - fourth interest, and
<br />to John Cosgriff, Stanley Cosgriff, and Bernice Cosgriff, now Bernice Niedfelt, an undivided
<br />three fourths interest,share and share alike.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the adminis-
<br />trator filed herein be, and the same is hereby, allowed, and said administrator is discharged and
<br />he is released from his bond as such.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the following described premises;
<br />The north half of the northwest quarter of Section 13, in Township 10, Range 9,
<br />The East half of the southeast quarter of Section 14, in Township 10, Range 9,
<br />The northwest quarter of Section 24, in Township 10 North Range 9,
<br />The west half of the northeast quarter and the east half of the northwest quarter of Section 34,
<br />in Township 10, Range 9,
<br />all in Hall County, Nebraska, under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, passed and
<br />descended as follows:
<br />To Catharine Cosgriff, widow, an undivided one - fourth interest, and
<br />To John Cosgriff, Stanley Cosgriff, and Bernice Cosgriff, now Bernice Niedfelt, an undivided
<br />three fourths interest, share and share alike.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED BY THE COURT that all claims against said estate, not filed herein, are
<br />forever barred.
