<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />Now, on this 1Qth day of Sept. 1935) this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Daniel H.Fishburn, Administratbr_=of said estate, the Court finds that said Bryan Cosgriff died on
<br />the 26th day of February, 1933; that a petition was filed herein for the administration of his
<br />estate; that a time was fixed for hearing thereon, to -wit: May 16, 1933; that upon hearing on
<br />said petition on said date Daniel H.Fishburn was appointed administrator, that he filed his bond
<br />and qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that said Bryan Cosgriff left surviving him, as his sole and only heirs
<br />at law, Catherine Cosgriff, his wife, and John Cosgriff, a son, Stanley Cosgriff, a son,and..Bbrnibe
<br />Cosgriff, now Bernice-Niedfelt, a daughter; that the aforesaid three children are the children of
<br />a prior marriage, and that their mother is deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that a time was fixed,for filing and hearing claims, to -wit, the 13th
<br />of September, 1933, that such time has expired, that all claims filed herein have been paid, exce
<br />the claim of J.A.Wortman, in the amount of $2300; that there are no funds with which to pay said
<br />claim; that the heirs at law herein have made application to the Federal Land Bank for a loan,
<br />from the proceeds of which said claim is to be paid. That the claim of the National Bank of
<br />Doniphan in the amount of $300.00 has not been paid, and arrangements have been made for the pay-
<br />ment of said note from the proceeds of a loan from the Federal Land Bank. That the contingent
<br />claim of the Grand Island Trust Company in the amount of $6500 has not been paid, but that arr
<br />ments have been made by the heirs at law for the payment of said claim from the proceeds of the
<br />aforesaid Federal Land Bank mortgage.
<br />That otherwise all said claims have been paid.
<br />The Court further finds that any and all claims not filed herein are forever barred.
