<br />of said Executrix named therein; and that said Flora Jane Gilbert having qualified by filing an
<br />approved bond as provided by law and by order of this Court, Letters Testamentary were duly is
<br />to her as such.
<br />That notice by publication has been given, as provided by law, to all interested parties of the
<br />time and place for filing claims against said estate, and all persons having claims, not filed
<br />within the time prescribed by the Court, if any such there be, should be forever barred and exclud
<br />from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />That said deceased departed this life, leaving as his heirs -at -law, and only heir -at -law, devisees
<br />legatees, and persons entitled to share in his estate, the following named persons, to-wit:
<br />Flora Jane Gilbert, surviving widow; Mrs. John Gilbert, surviving mother; John and Robert Gilbert
<br />surviving brothers. Said deceased left no children surviving him.
<br />That said deceased departed this life the owner of an estate situate in said County, consisting of
<br />both real and personal property; said personal property being $232.00 in cash of which $74.00 has
<br />been expended in payment of debts allowed against said estate, costs of administration, etc., as
<br />shown by the final report filed herein, leaving a balance of $159.00 to be distributed in accordar

<br />with the terms of said will; and said real estate described as

<br />"Lot Ten (10) Block Forty -seven (47) Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, ^Nebra ka
<br />and
<br />Lot Thirteen (13),B1ock Five (5), Koehler Place, City of Grand Island,-Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />all of which, including balance of said personal property, was devised and bequeath to said deeea4ed's
<br />surviving widow, Flora Jane Gilbert, to be hers absolute, she being the sole and only devisee and
<br />legatee named in said will.
<br />That said estate has been duly appraised and is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax
<br />either by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska or the United States of America.
<br />That the final report filed herein by said executrix is true and correct in all things, and shoul
<br />be approved and allowed as and for her final report, said estate settled and closed, and said
<br />Executrix and her bondsmen discharged and released from any further liability in said estate.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court the final report filed herein by
<br />Flora Jane Gilbert, Executrix of said Estate, be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed as
<br />and for her final report, said estate settled and closed, and said Executrix and her bondsmen
<br />released and discharged from all further liability in said matter.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that all persons having claims against said estate, not filed
<br />within the time ordered by the Court, if any such there be, are hereby forever barred, excluded,
<br />and enjoined from setting"�or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the court that the real estate owned by the deceased at the time of his
<br />death, as hereinbefore described, be, and the same is hereby distributed in accordance with the
<br />terms and provisions of said will to Flora Jane Gilbert, surviving widow of said deceased, and
<br />sole legatee of said will, in absolute title.

<br />foregoing copy of Last Will and Testament, Certificate of Probate thereof and Final Decree IN THE
<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF HERMAN F.GILBERT, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaini
<br />in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original
<br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in
<br />due form of law.
