<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />21st day of February, 1935, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Herman
<br />F.Gilbert, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the.19th day of March 1935,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Herman F.Gilbert, deceased, and
<br />the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />NOW on this 20th day of August, 1935, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by Flora Gilbert, Executrix of said estate, together with her petition praying for the
<br />approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate, and her discharge of said trust,
<br />and the Court having examined the records and files herein, including said final report and vouche:
<br />attached thereto, heard the evidence in support thereof, and being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds as follows, to -wit:
<br />That on the 21st day of February, 1935, Flora Jane Gilbert filed her petition in this Court allegil
<br />that her husband, Herman F.Gilbert, had departed this life a resident of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on the 10th day of February, 1935, leaving a last will and testament, which was being offered for
<br />probate, and prayed that a hearing be had thereon and said instrument admitted to probate as the
<br />last will and testament of said deceased; that upon reading and "filing said petition an order was
<br />entered herein fixing the time and place of said hearing and notice thereof given to all intereste
<br />parties as provided by law; that on the 19th day of March, 1935, after due notice to all intereste
<br />parties as provided by law, a hearing was had on said petition, and the Court having heard the
<br />evidence in support of the allegations contained in said petition, entered an order herein admit-
