<br />evidence.-finds; That Martha A.Holder departed this life,intestate,a resident of Hall County,Neb-
<br />raska,on the 5th day of January,1933;that she left surviving her as her sole heirs at law and next
<br />of kin,and the only persons interested in her estate,the following: Florence Kindig,a daughter,
<br />residence Doniphan,Nebraska Hazel R.Williams,a daughter,residence Detroit,Michigan Paul L.Holder,
<br />a son,residence Chicago,Illinois Claude M.Holder,a son residence Denver,Colorado Hugh L.Holder,a
<br />son,residence Doniphan,Nebraska that said deceased left no widower,nor any other, child or ehildrer
<br />nor any child or children of any deceased child her surviving;that all of said children were,at
<br />the time of the death of said deceased,and now are,of legal age;that said deceased died seized
<br />and in possession of the following described real estate,to -wit: West Half of the Southwest Quarte
<br />and Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter,and the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quatter
<br />of Section 33,township 10,north,range 9,West 6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebr. that no administrator
<br />has been appointed to administer her estate in the state of Nebraska,or elsewhere,nor have any
<br />other proceedings been had in said state of Nebraska for the determination of her heirs; that said
<br />deceased left no debts which have not since been fully paid and satisf ied,including the expense of
<br />her last sickness and burial; that more than two years have elapsed since her death,and that the
<br />prayer of said petition should be granted.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
<br />(a) That the findings hereinbefore made are true, and are made part of this decree as if fully set
<br />forth herein.
<br />(b) That the real estate above described,descended at the time of the death of the deceased to the
<br />parties above named,to each an undivided 1/5 thereof.
<br />(c) That more than two years have elapsed since the death of said deceased,and that no proceedings
<br />have been had in reference to her estate in the state of Nebraska or elsewhere.
<br />(d) That the costs of these proceedings be taxed to the petitioner,Hugh L.Holder.

<br />SHORT WILL
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN
<br />I, Herman Frank Gilbert of Grand Island in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound
<br />mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore
<br />make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath unto
<br />my Beloved Wife, Flora Jane Gilbert, all of my property, both real property and personal property
