<br />Now on this 23rd day Of August,l935,this matter comes on for hearing on the petition of Hugh L.
<br />Holder,praying for the determination of the heirs of Martha A.Holder,deceased.
<br />The court finds that due notice has been given by publication as provided by law,and the former
<br />order of this court,of the time and place of this hearing,and that the court has jurisdiction of
<br />all parties interested herein,and of the subject matter of this proceeding;that no objections have
<br />been filed to the prayer of said petition,and the court,in consideration of the records and the

<br />Geddes,share and share alike.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the report of Maud H.Geddes,Execu
<br />rix,and William Suhr,Administrator with the will annexed,be,and the same is hereby,approved and
<br />allowed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the time for filing claims in said
<br />estate has expired,and that any and all claims against said George A.Leiser,deceased,or his estate,
<br />and not filed herein,except the expenses of administration,are forever barred, and that any and
<br />all claimants who have failed and neglected to file claims herein within the time heretofore fixed
<br />by the Court,are forger precluded and barred from setting up such claims _against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED
<br />BY THE COURT that under the last will and testament of
<br />George A.teiser,deceased,the absolute title to the following described real estate,to -wit;
<br />Lot 7 in Block 124 in Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the city of Grand Island
<br />in Hall County,Nebraska,and An undivided one -half interest in the north half of Lot Five (5) and
<br />the north half of the west two - thirds of Lot Six (6),in Block Fifty -four (54) of the Original
<br />Town,now City,of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska, passed and descended to Mabel E.Neumayer,
<br />Grace R.Wells,Blanohe.L.Unger,and Maud H.Geddes,share and share alike.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDEREDthat for final distribution of assets and final report thereon by the Executor
<br />and Administrator this estate shall remain open.
