<br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand
<br />Island,in said County,on the 11th day of April A.D.,1933.
<br />In the natter of the Estate

<br />George A.Leiser,deceased.
<br />Present Paul N.Kirk,County Judge
<br />I,Paul N.Kirk,Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 17th day of March 1933,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of George
<br />A.Letser,deceased, was filed for probate in this Court.That on the 11th day of Apri1,1933, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the la
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said George A.Leiser,deceased,and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />of DECREE
<br />George A.Leiser,Deceased.
<br />This cause came on for hearing on the application to the Court of the Executrix and Administrator
<br />with the will annexed,f sled herein, The Court finds that George A.Leiser died on the 11th day of
<br />March,l933,leaving a last will and testament,that he left surviving him,as his sole and only heir
<br />at law,legatees,and devisees,the following named; Mabel E.Neumayer, Grace R.Wells, Blanche L.Unge
<br />Maud H.Geddes,Tabitha Home',of Lincoln,Nebraska,St.Paults English Lutheran Church of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska. The Court further finds that all the legacies provided for in said last will and test-
<br />ament have been paid,and that all claims filed against said estate have been paid,and that the
<br />court costs and additional costs-as may be hereafter incurred,attorneys, fees and executrices,
<br />and administrator's fees have not yet been determined nor paid.
<br />The Court further finds that a document purporting to be the last will and testament of George A.
<br />Leiser was filed for probate herein on the 17th day of March,19331that the Court fixed the 11th
<br />day of Apri1,1933,as the date for making proof of said last will and testament,and due and legal
<br />notice of the filing of the petition and of the time and place fixed for hearing was duly given
<br />by the Court,and on said date,April 11,1933,said last will and testament was duly proven, allowed,
<br />and admitted to probate in this Court as and for the last will and testament of said George A.
<br />Leiser,deceased,and letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to Maud H.Geddes and Ralph R.
<br />Horth,the executrices named in the last will and testament; that thereafter,on the 22d day of
<br />September,1934,said Ralph R.Horth died,and that William Suhr was appointed administrator with the
<br />will annexed to succeed said Ralph R.Horth,and they,and each of them,qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate,that such time has expired,
<br />and that all claims have been paid.
<br />The Court further finds that said George A.Leiser at the time of his death was seized as the owns
<br />in fee simple of the following described real estate; Lot Seven (7) in Block One Hundred Twenty -
<br />four (124) in Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to Grand Island,in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, An undivided one -half interest in the north half of Lot Five (5) and the north half of
<br />the west two- thirds of Lot Six (6) in Block Fifty -four (54),Original Town,now City,of Grand Islan
<br />Hall County,Nebraska, and that under the last will and testament of said George A.Leiser,deceased
<br />all of said real estate was devised to Mabel E.Neumayer,Grace R.Wells,Blanche L.Unger,and Maud H.
