<br />WILL AND FINAL DECREE
<br />I,George A.Leiser,of Qrand Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do make and
<br />publish this,my last will and testament,in the manner and form follo *ing,that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts,if any,and the expenses attending my burial,be first paid out of my
<br />personal estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give and bequeath to Tabitha Home,of Lincoln,Nebraska,the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) to
<br />be paid out of my personal estate.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and bequeath to

<br />Lutheran Church of Grand Island,Nebraska,the sum of Five',
<br />Hundred Dollars ($500)

<br />be paid out of
<br />my personal estate.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give and devise and bequeath all the rest ,residue land remainder of the estate,both real and
<br />personal,of which I shall die the owner,to my beloved children,Mabel E.Neumayer,Grace R.Wells,
<br />Blanche L.Unger,and Maud H.Gedded,share and share alike.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I nominate and appoint my daughter,Maud H.Geddes,and R.R.Horth, as executrices of this will,and
<br />request that they be not required to furnish surety upon their bond as such,hereby granting unto
<br />said executrices,and unto the survivor of them,full right,power,and authority to sell and convey
<br />real estate,and to make distribution of the proceeds from any such sale in accordance with the
<br />terms of this will.
