<br />of DECREE DETERMINING.

<br />Florence Weaver,deceased
<br />Now on this 23 day of July,1935:this cause came on for hearing before the Court upon the petition
<br />of Roy E.Weaver for determination of heirship in the estate of the said Florence Weaver - deceased,
<br />and wasd. mitted to the Court.It appearing from the records and files in said matter that notice
<br />of the time and place fixed for hearing on said petition has been given by publication, according
<br />to the order of Court heretofore made and entered,and upon consideration of the evidence introducf
<br />the Court finds that the said Florence Weaver died intestate on August 31,1921,at Palo A1to,Calif-
<br />ornia,a resident and inhabitant of Palo Alto,California,and seized of an estate of inheritance in
<br />an undivided interest in the South Half of the Northwest Quarter ($g NWj) and the North Half of
<br />the Southwest (NJ SWj) of Section 18,Township 9,North Range 10,West 6th P.M.,Hall County,Nebr.aska,
<br />That more than two years have elapsed since the date of the death of the said Florence Weaver and
<br />no application for the appointment of an Administrator has been made in the state of Nebraska by
<br />any heirs or persons claiming to be creditors of said decedent.That the said Florence Weaver left
<br />the following persons as her sole and only heirs at law,to -wit: Roy E.Weaver,the petitioner here -
<br />in,and Ray Weaver,now Ray Persson, children of the said decedent.
<br />The Court further finds that the petitioner,Roy E.Weaver,is the owner of an undivided interest
<br />in said real estate as alleged in his petition herein.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED AND DECREED that the facts hereinbefore stated are true;that the said
<br />Florence Weaver died intestate,as aforesaid,being the owner of an undivided interest in said real
<br />estate ;that no proceedings have been had for the administration of her estate in the state of Neb3
<br />and that her undivided interest in said real estate descended by "operation of law to the said Roy
<br />E.Weaver and Ray Weaver in equal shares,and the same is hereby assigned to them as of the j$ate
<br />of death of the said Florence Weaver.
