<br />An undiv0d one -third interest in the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (EiSE +) of Section Three
<br />(3),Township Nine (9),Range Ten (10),Hall County,Nebraska;
<br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Three (3) in Gideon's Addition to the Village of Dbniphan,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />That part of Lots Seven (7) and Eight (S) in Block Five (5) Village of Doniphan,and more particul-
<br />arly described as: Beginning at a point twenty -five (25) feet South of the Northeast corner of Lot
<br />Eight (S) Block Five (5) Original Town of Doniphan Hall County,Nebraska,running thence West One
<br />Hundred Feet (100);thence North Twenty -five (25) Feet to the North line of Lot Seven (7);thence
