<br />The court further finds that subject to said life estate, the Southeast Quarter of section 19, tow -
<br />ship 10 North -of range 81 in Hamilton County, Nebraska, did pass and descend to Ernest Horst, son
<br />of Fritz Horst, deceased, upon the condition that the said Ernest Horst pay to Emma Grote,
<br />Edith Hoppold and Ella Hongsermeier, the sum of Fifteen Hundred dollars ($1500.00) each, which
<br />payment is to be made within six months after the death of Mary Horst.
<br />The court further finds that under the terms of said will, and subject to the life estate of Mary
<br />Horst, the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of Section 30 Township 10, North of range eight (8) in Hamilton
<br />County, Nebraska, was bequeathed to William Horst, upon the condition that he pay Emma Grote,
<br />Edith Hoppold and Ella Hongsermeier, each the sum of X1500.00 within six months after the death of
<br />Mary Horst.
<br />The court further finds that under the will, and subject to the life estate of Mary Horst, the
<br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NWT NW4) of Section 29, township 10, north, of range
<br />in Hamilton County, Nebraska, was bequeathed to Emma Grote, and that the North half of the North
<br />half of the Southwest Quarter (N2 N2 of SV4) of section 30, township 10, North of range S, Hamilto
<br />County, Nebraska, was bequeathed to Edith Hoppold, and that the South half of the North half of th
<br />Southwest Quarter (S1 N2 SWg) of section 302 township 10, range S, Hamilton County, Nebraska, was
<br />bequeathed to Ella Hongsermeier.
<br />The court further finds that under the terms of said will, all bed clothing, linens, etc, of the
<br />said Fbttz Horst, were bequeathed to Emma Grote, Edith Hoppold and Ella Hongsermeier,
<br />The court further finds that all of the remainder of the property of the said Fritz Horst, includ
<br />the home, to -wit: the Easterly 392 feet of Lot Eight Block Fifteen (15) Russel Wheeler's Addition
<br />to the city of Grand Island, Nebraska, was bequeathed to Mary Horst for her lifetime, and at her
<br />death to the said William Horst, Ernest Horst, Emma Grote, Edith Hoppold and Ella Hongsermeier,
<br />share and share alike.
<br />The court further finds that Mary Horst has advanced $799.08 for the payment of the debts and
<br />claims against said estate, but that she waives any claim for payment thereof against the estate
<br />of Fritz Horst deceased.
<br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that subject to the life estate of Mary
<br />Horst as set forth in said will, the real estate above described, did pass and descend as follows:

<br />Ella Hongsermeier, said sum to be a lien on the land and to be paid within six months after the
<br />death of Lary Horst.

<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the bed clothing, linens, etc. did

<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court, that the personal property remaining in
<br />the hands of the executor, to -wit: the promissory note of William Horst, the proms: -sory note of
<br />Emma Grote and Fred Grote, and the promissory note of Ernest Horst, the household furniture and
<br />other personal property, is devised and bequeathed to Ernest Horst, William Horst, Emma Grote,
<br />Edith Hoppold and Ella Hongsermeier in equal shares to each, subject to the life estate of Mary
