<br />foregoing instrument, and my wife Bertha T.Mead has agreed in writing to accept the provisions
<br />thereof in lieu of her statutory rights in my estate. In consideration of her said agreement I
<br />do hereby waive my statutory rights in her estate and do hereby accept the provisions made for me
<br />in her said will as my full share in her estate.

<br />I. Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />lst day of July, 1933, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Bertha T.
<br />Mead, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 3rd day of August, 19330 said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Bertha T.Mead, deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 3rd
<br />day of August, 1933•

<br />That upon the 17th day of March, 1934, said Leo S.Mead qualified as executor under said will,
<br />filing his bond and taking the oath as provided by law and that on said 17th day of March, 1934,
<br />this court made and entered an order fixing a time and place when all persons having claims aga
<br />said estate must file their claims on or before the 10th day of July, 1934, and that due notice
<br />of said order was given by publication in The Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper
<br />published and in general circulation in said county, and that all claims filed herein have been
<br />paid and that no further claims shall be filed.
<br />The court further finds that the deceased died siezed of the following described real estate in
<br />said county, to -wit: Lot 7 in Block 2, in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof..
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims against said estate have been paid
<br />and that if any purported claims should be unpaid, the same are forever barred and all persons
<br />holding such purported claims are forever enjoined from filing them herein or commencing any actin
<br />in any court based on such claims.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said premises, to -wit: Lot 7, in Block 2 in
<br />Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, be and the same are
<br />hereby awarded to my son Leo S.Mead, to him in fee simple forever, subject, however, to the life
<br />estate therein of John Fletcher Mead, surviving spouse of said deceased, for and during his natur
<br />lifetime, and upon his deceased, subject to the life estate in favor of Stella B.Romberg for and
<br />during the term of her natural lifetime, subject to encumbrance of record; that all fees and ex-
<br />penses of this administration have been paid and that said estate is not subject to an inheritanc
<br />tax on the part of the State of Nebraska or an estate tax on the part of the United States of
<br />America, and that the report of said executor is hereby approved as his final report and that he
<br />be discharged from further performing the duties of that office and that his bond be released fr
