<br />Fractional Lot 5 and the West Half of Fractional Lot 6 in Block 22 of Nagy's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, and Fractional Lot 5 and the West Half of Fractional Lot 6 of Block 22
<br />of the Original Town now City of Grand Island,Nebraska, and all that part of the South West Quart
<br />of the South West Quarter of Section 10, Township 11, Range 9 described as follows;
<br />Beginning at a point 132 feet northerly from the southwest corner of said Lot 5 in Block 22 of th
<br />!Original Town of Grand Island on the east line of Oak Street, if extended, thence easterly at rig
<br />Tangles along the south line of the alley, if extended, in said Block 22 in Nagy's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, to a point where said line meets the South line of said alley, being the no
<br />lerly line of said Lot 6, Block 22 in Nagy's Addition, thence due south to the south section line
<br />of Section 10, Township 11, Range 9, thence running westerly at right angles to the east line of
<br />Isgid Oak Street and thence northerly to the place of beginning, being a rectangular piece of grou
<br />containing 99 feet fronting on Fifth Street and 132 feet fronting on Oak Street in said Oity of
<br />Grand Island.
<br />Said tract of ground being the same and identical premises described in the warranty deed execute
<br />by Jane O'Neal to Otelia Guhl, deceased, which deed is recorded in Book 38 at page 272 of the deer
<br />records of said Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />V.
<br />'It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that all claims against said estate have been fully
<br />paid and that any claims owing by the deceased which may not have been paid, are barred and found
<br />I
<br />to be no lien against the property involved herein and that all persons who might hold pretended
<br />claims not filed, are forever enjoined from filing the same herein.
<br />V1.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the premises herein described be and the same
<br />hereby awarded to Ellen Guhl, Minnie Mills, William Guhl, Anna M.Jones, Louise Quest and Arthur
<br />Guhl, children and legatees of the said Otelia Guhl, each to have an undivided one -sixth interest
<br />therein in fee simple, to them and to their heirs forever.
<br />Vil.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the premises described in paragraph 111 herein
<br />setting out the property which the deceased died siezed of, and the premises described in the firE
<br />section of Paragraph Seven of the Stipulation entered into by these heirs on the 10th day of Nove
<br />ber, 1930, set out herein, and the premises described in paragraph 1V, are one and the same premises,
<br />being the same rectangular piece of ground 99 feet wide and 132 feet long at the intersection of
<br />Oak and Fifth Streets in said City.
<br />Vlll.
<br />That all personal property has been reduced to money and has been properly distributed in the
<br />ent
<br />of claims, fees and expenses of this proceeding and the balance distributed among the heirs, devisees,
<br />and legatees and that any furniture or personal property of that nature left in said home and now
<br />the possession of the said Ellen Guhl, shall pass to her as her own and to her heirs and assigns
<br />forever.
<br />ix.
<br />It is further ordered that said estate is not subject to the estate taxes of the State of Nebraska
<br />or estate taxes on the part of the United States of America; that all costs of administration and
<br />expense of the probate of said will have been paid and that said report be approved and accepted
<br />as the true and final report of said administratrix with the will annexed, and that she be dis-
<br />charged from further acting as such officer and that her bond be released from further liability.
