<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />4th day of October, 1930, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Otelia
<br />Guhl, Deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 10th day of November 1930, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Otelia Guhl, deceased, and the same Haas
<br />ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 10th
<br />day of November, 1930.

<br />The Court finds that thereupon said Anna M.Jones qualified as administratrix with the will annexes
<br />and proceeded to administer said estate; the'-Court' that on the 4th day of December, 1930, ar
<br />order was made and entered Jiving notice to creditors that all claims and bills against the de-
<br />ceased and this estate shall be filed on or before the 31st day of March, 1931, or be forever
<br />barred. Said order was duly published in a legal newspaper in said Hall County for three consecut ve
<br />weeks, the last publication being on the 25th day of December, 1930, and that all claims have bee
<br />paid, but if any claims there be or which have not been filed or paid, such claims shall be forever
<br />barred and no claim or lien against this estate or any property connected therewith and all persons
<br />are enjoined from filing any claims whatsoever against said estate in this or any other Court.
<br />The Court further finds that the deceased died seized of the following described real estate in
<br />said Hall County, to -wit:
<br />Fractional Lot Five (5) and the West Half of'Fractional :Lot Six..(6), in Block Twenty -two (22) of
<br />Nagy's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska„ and Fractional Lot Five and the West Half
<br />of Fractional Lot Six (6), in Block Twenty -two (22) of the Original Town now City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, and all of that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section number
<br />Ten (10) in township number Eleven (11) North,Range nine (9) West, known as ( Nagy's Reserve),
<br />which lies South of the alley running through said block Twenty-two (22). The land and premises
<br />hereby conveyed, situate together, making one and one -half full town lots and forms Lot Five (5)
<br />and the Westerly Half of Lot Six (6) with the complement in Nagy's Reserve, of Block Twenty -two
<br />(22) in said original Town and Nagy's Addition thereto, as shown by the respective plats thereof.

<br />The Court further finds the terms of said stipulation have been faithfully complied with and that
<br />said Rudolph Guhl departed this life on the l" day of December, 19339 and that said premises are
<br />owned in like shares by the said Ellen Guhl, Minnie Mills, William Guhl, Anna M.Jones,Louise Quest
<br />and Arthur Guhl, and that the life estate and homestead rights of the said Rudolph Guhl, surviving
<br />spouse of the said Otelia Guhl, has terminated, which premises are more particularly described as
