<br />THEREFORE, BE IT AGREED between parties hereto, that said will be allowed as the last will of said
<br />Otelia Guhl, deceased, and that the same be admitted to probate as prayed.
<br /># SECOND.
<br />Ellen Guhl, executrix, named in said will hereby agreed to resign as such officer, and it is
<br />agreed that Anna Jones of Douglas County, Nebraska, be and she is hereby nou}inated executrix with
<br />the will annexed in the place of said Ellen Guhl.
<br />THIRD.
<br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED that Rudolph Guhl relinqush his right to an undivided one -third (113) interes
<br />in all of the money and other personal property as provided in said will and as provided by law.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED THAT said Rudolph Guhl will convey his interest in all real estate belonging
<br />to said estate and owned by said deceased, to such person as said heirs may agree upon, reserving
<br />however, unto himself the life use and income from said premises.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED THAT after the payment of all just debts (principally the burial expenses,
<br />and the claim of the Kelly Plumbing Company for a new heating plant), costs and expenses incident
<br />to the administration of this estate, the balance in the hands of said administrator with the will
<br />annexed, shall be then held by her, or some other person designated by the said Anna Jones, as
<br />trustee, who shall put the same out at interest and the income therefromsha,'la be used for the com-
<br />fort of the said Rudolph Guhl, during his life time.
<br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED THAT at the death of said beneficiary, his funeral expenses shall be paid ou
<br />of the trust estate. It is further agreed that in the event of sickness by said Rudolph Guhl, sai
<br />trustee may use so much of said trust fund as is necessary to take care of him comfortably.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED THAT said Ellen Guhl shall continue to occupy the former home of the decease
<br />and conduct therein a boarding and rooming house, for which, however, she need pay no rent, but h
<br />agreed to pay all general taxes including the taxes for the year 1930, due and to become due ther
<br />that she will keep said premises in as good repair as the same now are; that she will provide a
<br />comfortable home for said Rudolph Guhl and board him and keep him, this to include his laundry wo
<br />1 but does not include the purchase of any clothes. Said Ellen Guhl further agrees to pay him spe
<br />ing money, the sum of $2.00 per week.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />The parties hereto agree to make the necessary conveyances to undivided interests in said home
<br />property, consisting of Lot Five (5), and the West Half (WJ) of Lot Six (6), in Block Twenty -two
<br />(22), in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, and Fractional Lots Three,Four, and Five,
<br />(314)& 5), and the Westerly Thirty -three (33) feet of Lot Six (6), in Block Twenty -two (22), in
<br />Nagy's Addition to Grand Island, also part of the West Half (WJ) of the Southwest quarter (SWJ)
<br />of Section Ten (10) Township Eleven (11)2 North, Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M., so that each
<br />of the following named persons, parties to this stipulation, shall own and hold an undivided one -
<br />sixth (116) interest in said premises, subject however, to the life estate of the said Rudolph
<br />Guhl: therein, that is to say, each of the persons now about to bd named, shall own and hold an
<br />undivided one -sixth (1/6) interest in said premises, the provisions of the will above referred to,
<br />to the contrary, notwithstanding namely: Anna Jones, William Guhl, Minnie Mills, Louisa Quest,
<br />Arthur Guhl and Ellen Guhl.
<br />It is further agreed that the following,Lot No. Forty -six (46) in Block One hundred nine (109) in
<br />the Oregon Valley Land Company's Addition, to Lakeview, in Lake County, and the North Half (N-2) of
