<br />SECOND, after the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath to
<br />my three children, Bessie Holt, Myron E.Poyer, and Claire P.Roberts to each one third, share and
<br />share alike, of all the remainder of my estate, both teal and personal property.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Myron E.Poyer, of Fort Hall, Idaho, to be Executor of this,
<br />my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

<br />in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and Twelve.

<br />Is Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />29th day of March, 1934, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Emma Poyer
<br />deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 12th day of May, 1934, said instrument
<br />to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and
<br />testament of the real and personal estate of said Emma Poyer, deceased, and the same was ordered
<br />to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />NOW on this 16th day of April, 1935, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report filed
<br />herein by M.E.Poyer, Executor of the estate of Emma Poyer, deceased, and upon his petition for the
<br />approval and allowance of said report, the settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, and
<br />the Court having examined the records and files herein, and being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds as follows:
<br />That Myron E.Poyer, also known as M.E.Poyer, filed his petition in said Court on the 28th day of
<br />March, 1934, together with an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of his mothe
<br />Emma Poyer, and prayed that a hearing be had and said instrument admitted to probate as and for th
<br />last will and testament of said deceased, and Letters Testamentary be issued to him as the Executo
<br />named in said will; and that thereafter on the 12th day of May, 19342 after due notice to all in-
<br />terested parties as provided by law, a hearing was had before said Court and said instrument duly
<br />admitted to probate as and for the last will and testament of said deceased, and Letters Testament
<br />granted to the said Myron E.Poyer after he had filed his bond in said Court as provided by law.
