<br />The Court finds that said estate, and the individual shares of the beneficiaries have been appraisled
<br />for State Inheritance Tax and Federal Estate Tax purposes, and that the taxes so assessed have be
<br />paid.
<br />The court finds that the said Frederike Philippine Becker has assigned all of her right, title
<br />interest in and to the personal property in said estate to.` Dorothy Jungles, Claire Detweiler and
<br />Lydia Heimes.
<br />The Court finds that the said Fred Roth departed this life at his home in Grand Island, Hall Count
<br />Nebraska, on the 11th day of June, 1933, leaving a last Will and Testament which was admitted to
<br />probate on the 11th day of July, 1933•
<br />The Court finds that the said Fred Roth died seized, as the owner in fee simple, of the following
<br />i described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The Westerly one -third of Lot 5, in Block 56, of the Original Town, now City of Grand Island,Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot 7 in Block 3 of Hann's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot 9 in Block 60 Wheeler & Bennett's Addition to the City of Grand Islan4L, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />That by the provisions of the last Will and testament of the said Fred Roth, deceased, the said
<br />above described real estate would pass and descend, in fee simple, to the daughters of said Fred
<br />Roth, deceased, as follows:
<br />Friederike Philippine Becker,
<br />Dorothy-Jungles,
<br />Claire Detweiler, and
<br />Lydia Heimes.
<br />It is, therefore, considered by the Court that under the terms and provisions of the last Will
<br />and Testament of said Fred Roth, deceased, all of the above mentioned real estate did pass and
<br />descend at his death to Friederike Philippine Becker, Dorothy Jungles, Claire Detweiler and Lydia
<br />Heimes, as tenants in common, each taking an undivided one - fourth interest therein in fee simple.
