<br />15th day of June, 1933, instruments purporting to be the last will and testament and Codicil of
<br />Fred Roth, deceased, were filed for probate in this Court. That on the 11th day of July, 1933,,
<br />said instruments to which this certificate is attached were duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament and Codicil of the real and personal estate of said Fred Roth, decease
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid

<br />ceased, and it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all
<br />interested persons of the filing of said Report, as required by law and by the order of this Court
<br />and it further appearing to the Court after full examination, that the account exhibited by the
<br />said Executor is correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed, and it further appeaz
<br />ing that said Executor has accounted for all of the estate which has come into its hands, it is
