<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify that I have compared the
<br />foregoing copy of Last Will and Testament, Certificate of Probate and Final Decree, IN THE MATTER
<br />OF THE ESTATE OF CATHARINA,BAUMANN, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in
<br />said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original recor
<br />that said Court is a,Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court
<br />has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of
<br />said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of
<br />law.

<br />In the name of God Amen:
<br />I, Fred Roth, of the City of Grand Island in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, considering
<br />the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this
<br />last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say:
<br />First
<br />I direct that my funeral charges, the expenses of administering my Estate and all my just debts be
<br />id out of my personal property.
<br />Second
<br />give and bequeath to each of my children, who will be alive at the time of my death, an equally
<br />vided share of my personal property.
<br />Third
<br />give, bequeath and devise the income of my Real Estate, known as the westerly one third (1/3) of
<br />t five (5) Block fifty -six (56) Grand Island,Nebraska, (being House Number 224 West Third St.
<br />Island, Nebraska) to each of my children, to be equally divided after all expenses are paid,
<br />the end of each year. It is my wish, to hold this property on a equally divided share of the
<br />income, as mentioned before, until the youngest of my living children is thirty -five (35) years of
<br />e. After that, they may sell that property and divide that money, so recieved, on equally divi
<br />shares amongst themselves.
<br />Fourth
<br />give and bequeath all the rest of my Real Estate of which I shall die possessed to my children -
<br />o be theirs forever.
<br />Fif th
<br />d any of my children die before me and leave any direct heirs, then they (the heirs) should
<br />for their share, just the same as their mother would have been, had she been alive.
<br />Sixth
<br />hereby appoint my brother in law -- Mr.Chas.W.Wecklach, of Crete, Nebraska, the sole administra
<br />f this, my last Will and Testament -- without being obliged to give a surety Bond.
<br />witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this 23" day of January, A.D. 1919.
