<br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County,

<br />I, J.H.Mullin, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the llt
<br />day of March, 1926, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Catherine Bauma
<br />deceased, was filed for probate in this Court, That on the 8th day of April, 1926, said instrumen
<br />to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last wil1 and
<br />testament of the real and personal estate of said Cath_erBaumann, deceased, and the same was
<br />ordered to be recorded in the records in the Court aforesaid.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />FINAL DECREE.

<br />Now, on this 9th day of September, 1926, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Remmert Baumann, executor of the last Will and Testament of Catharina Baumann, deceased, and upon
<br />his petition for settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, and the Court having examined
<br />the records and files and being duly advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has
<br />been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon
<br />the said final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And no one appearing to object to said report, the Court examined the same, together with the
<br />vouchers on file and the testimony offered in supoort thereof and being duly advised in the premis(
<br />the Court finds that said report is true and correct in all things, and that the same ought to be
<br />allowed and approved as and for the final report of said executor.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Catharina Baumann departed this life testate on the 6th day
<br />of March, 1926, and at the time of her death she was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.

<br />The Court further finds that on the 12th day of March, 1926, Remmert Baumann, the surviving husband,
<br />filed in this Court his duly qualified petition praying for the allowance and probate of an ins
<br />ment purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Catharine Baumann, deceased; that the Court
<br />thereupon fixed the 8th day of April, 19269 as the date for making proof of said Will, and due
<br />notice of the filing of said petition and the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon was
