<br />household furniture belonging to the deceased became the absolute property of Carlotta E.Swanson;
<br />that all the rest, residue and remainder of said estate passed to Ernest G.Kroger, of Grand Islan
<br />Nebraska, in trust for Edith Yi.Stambaugh, said trustee to convert said remainder into cash and
<br />invest the same in United States bonds or certificates of deposits in banks,or both as he sees fi
<br />and such trustee to-pay to Edith M.Stambaugh such amounts as he deems proper, not to exceed, how-
<br />ever, the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars per month unless, on account of sickness, a greater sum
<br />is deemed advisable, until said Edith M.Stambaugh attains her thirtieth birthday at which time said
<br />trustee is to pay the entire balance to her in a lump sum, if any balance then remains; that said
<br />estate has been fully administered and the same is hereby closed, the executor discharged and his
<br />bond released.

<br />On this 14th day of June, 1935, this cause coming on to be heard on the petition of the Adminis-
<br />trator for final settlement of said estate and on the final administration account, and the evi-
<br />dence was submitted to the Court, on consideration whereof the Court finds:
<br />That, on the 21st day of May, 1935, the Administrator of the estate of the above named intestate
<br />filed in this Court his final administration account and his petition praying that the said
<br />account be settled and allowed, that said estate be distributed as required by law, that he be
<br />discharged from his trust as such administrator, and for these purposes a time and place be
<br />assigned for hearing said petition and examining and settling said account,, and that such notice
<br />be given thereof as the law directs.
<br />That on the 21st day of May, 1935, an order of this Court was made assigning the 14th day of June
<br />1935, at 10 o'clock A.M. in the County Court Room of Hall County, Nebraska, as the time and place
<br />for hearing said petition and examining and settling said account" and requiring that notice of
<br />said hearing be given to all persons interested by publishing a notice thereof in The Grand Islar
<br />Independent, a legal newspaper printed and in general circulation in said County, for three suc-
<br />cessive weeks prior to said day of hearing, and that notice of this hearing has been duly given
<br />as provided by law and the order of this Court whereby all persons interested have been duly noti
