CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE OF FOREIGN WILL <br />Hall County, ) <br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County, <br />on the 14th day of May A.D., 1935. <br />Present Paul N.Kirk; County Judge <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />of <br />George Irvin Hauke, also <br />known as G.I.Hauke, deceased. <br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the <br />17th day of April 1935, duly authenticated copies of an instrument purporting to be the last will <br />and testament of George Irvin Hauke, also known as G.I.Hauke, deceased, was filed for probate in <br />this Court. That on the 14th day of May 1935, said instrument to which this certificate is attach <br />was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal esta <br />of said George Irvin Hauke, also known as G.I.Hauke, deceased, and the same was ordered to be re- <br />corded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set -my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 14th <br />day of May, 1935- <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />of <br />(SEAL) <br />Paul N.Kirk County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />GEORGE IRVIN HAUKE, also known <br />as G.I.Hauke, Deceased. <br />DECREE FOR PROBATE OF <br />FOREIGN WILL AND DISPENSING <br />WITH ADMINISTRATION. <br />On this 14th day of May, A.D., 1935, this matter came on to be heard on the petition of Ethel F. <br />Hauke Miller, formerly Ethel F.Hauke, praying for the probate of the instrument heretofore deposi- <br />ted herein purporting to be an authenticated copy of the Last Will and Testament of George Irvin <br />e, Deceased, and the evidence, and was submitted to the Court. <br />On consideration whereof, the Court finds that notice of hearing on said petition has been duly <br />given as required by law and the order of this Court heretofore made. <br />That at and immediately previous to his death, the said George Irvin Hauke was a resident of Kiowa <br />County, State of Colorado; that he departed this life on the 21st day of December, 1932; that at <br />and previous to his death he was seized of the following described real estate situated in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />The South Half (S *) of the Northeast Quarter (NEJ) of Section Twenty -Two (22), also the South Half <br />(S *) of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section Twenty -Three (23), all in Township Eleven (11) Nortl <br />Range Twelve (12),West of the Sixth (6th) P.M. <br />t said deceased was not possessed of any personal property situated in the State of Nebraska. <br />t the allegations contained in said petition are true; that said instrument ought to be allowed <br />in this State as the Last Will and Testament of the deceased, and the authenticated copy thereof <br />hould be filed and recorded and the Will should have the same force and effect as if it had been <br />riginally proved and allowed in this Court. <br />he Court further finds that more than two (2) years have elapsed since the death of said George <br />rvin Hauke, who was sometimes known as G.I.Hauke, and no application has been made in the State of <br />ebraska to admit said Last Will and Testament to probate, either by creditors, heirs, legatees, <br />evisees or the Executrix named therein, or by any other person interested in the Estate of said <br />eceased, or in the Last Will and Testament of said deceased; that the regular administration of <br />aid estate shool.d be dispensed with, and a decree entered finding that said estate descended free <br />f all debts against the decedent, and that said estate shot1d be immediately assigned under the <br />rovisions of the Will so far as the same may operate upon it. <br />T IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, AND DECREED that said instrument be filed, approved, allowed <br />M <br />., <br />
