252 <br />THE A UGUST INECO. <br />MILL AND DECREE. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE WILL OF GEORGE IRVIN HAUKE. <br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, Amen : - <br />I, George Irvin Hauke, of Kiowa County, Colorado, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, <br />,and impressed with the great necessity of life and the certainty of death; and being desirlaus,of <br />disposing of my temporal affairs so that after my death no contention me arise relative to the s <br />do make and publish this my last Will and Testament. <br />I desire that my executrix to be hereinafter named pay all funeral expenses and all my 'just debts <br />out of my personal and real estate <br />!I give and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife, Ethel F.Hauke, all my estate, real or personal, the <br />I may have at my death, to have and to hold for all time. <br />II do nominate and appoint my dearly beloved wife, Ethel F.Hauke, as my executrik, to serve without <br />lbond, Of my last Will and Testament. <br />I Memory whereof, I hereunto set my hand and seal, and publish and decree this to be my last will <br />land testament, in the presence of the witnesses named below, this 15th, day of October, A.D.1932. <br />i deorie Irvin Hauke <br />Signed, Sealed, declared and published by the said George Irvin Hauke, as and for,his last will <br />I <br />and testament, in the presence of us, who, at his request and in his presence and in the presence <br />lof each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto. <br />lWitnessed by: - Bert L.Brumle <br />I Bert L.Brumley, Eads,ColorE <br />Paul Priefert <br />Paul Priefert, Haswell,Colc <br />ORDER ADMITTING WILL TO PROBATE <br />STATE OF COLORADO ) IN THE COUNTY COURT, IN PROBATE <br />)ss. <br />COUNTY OF KIOWA ) MARCH TERM, 1933• <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE PROBATE ) <br />ORDER ADMITTING WILL <br />OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ) <br />j TO PROBATE. <br />GEORGE IRVIN HAUKE DECEASED. ) <br />And now on this day, pursuant to order heretofore made in this matter, comes on for hearing the <br />probate of an instrument in writing, heretofore filed in this Court, purporting to be the Last Wil <br />and Testament of George Irvin Hauke deceased. <br />And it appearing to the Court from the petition of Ethel F.Hauke filed herein, that said George <br />Irvin Hauke late of the County of Kiowa and State of Colorado, departed this life on or about the <br />21st day of December A.D. 1932,- leaving said instrument of writing as and for his Last Will and <br />Testament, and leaving Ethel F.Hauke his widow and as his heirs at law. <br />And it further appearing to the Court from the records and files herein, that citation to the wide <br />and heirs -at -law of said deceased (4and to the Executrix named in said Will), has duly issued fron <br />this Court and service thereof made upon within the time and in the manner re- <br />quired by law, of the time and place of the hearing hereof. <br />And it further appearing from the testimony of Bert L.Brumley and Paul Priefert subscribing wit- <br />nesses to said will ("� who appear and testify in open Court), that they were present at the execu- <br />tion of said Last Will and Testament and saw the said George Irvin Hauke sign the same (* and ack- <br />nowledged the same) as his Last Will and Testament, and that they, at his request, and in his pree <br />ence, and in the presence of each other, on the date of the execution thereof, subscribed their <br />names to said will as attesting witnesses thereto, and that they believed the said George Irvin <br />Hauke to be of sound mind and memory, and under no restraint.
