<br />:IN COUNTY COURT OF HAMILTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ) FINAL DECREE.

<br />1. Now on this 4" day of May, 1935, this cause came on to be heard by the Court on the final
<br />report and account of James E.Van Hoosen, administrator of said estate, and his petition for the
<br />allowance of said report and his discharge as such administrator of said estate. And it appear-
<br />ing from the evidence and proofs on file in this court that regular notice, as by law and the
<br />order of this Court required, has been given to all persons interested'of the time and place of
<br />examining and allowing said final account, by publication for three successive weeks in a legal
<br />newspaper, published within said Hamilton County and no one appearing to object to said final
<br />account and report, the Court, on examination thereof, finds that the same is in all respects
<br />correct and should be allowed and approved.
<br />2. The court further finds, from the proofs on file herein, that legal notice, as by law and the
<br />order of this court. required, has been given to all persons having claims against said estate of
<br />the time and place for filing same; that the time fined for filing claims has fully expired; that
<br />all claims fil(�d_e.gaifiet:- said.estate have been fully paid and that all persons having unfiled
<br />claims against said estate, if any there be, are forever barred and precluded from making claim
<br />thereon and all suchA c aims and debts, if any, are barred and precluded; that all costs and ex-
<br />penses of administration have been paid; that said estate and the succession thereto are not sub.
<br />jest to any inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska, or to any Federal estate ta;
<br />3. The Court further finds from the evidence adduced, that the deceased, Verna M.Van Hoosen, dies
<br />intestate, while a resident of Hamilton County, Nebraska, on October 21, 193+; that she left sur-
<br />viving her, as her sole and only heirs at law, her husband, James E.Yan `loosen and her children,
<br />Dorothy M.Calvard, their daughter, and Donald E.Van Hoosen, their son.
<br />4. The Court further finds that the deceased died seized in fee simple of the following describes
<br />real estate, situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: Lots One (1) and Three (3), in Block
<br />Eighteen (18)0 in College Addition to West Lawn, in Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, sub-
<br />ject to the life estate of her father, Oscar A.Stubbs, therein.
