<br />L.Marsh, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 22nd day of October 19290 saL
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Richard L.Marsh, deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 30th day of April, 1935, this cause came on for hearing before the Court upon the fins
<br />account of Addie Marsh Adams, formerly Addie Marsh-i Executrix of of the last will and testament
<br />of Richard L.Marsh, deceased, and her petition for distribution of the assets belonging to said
<br />estate. The Court being fully advised in the premises finds from the proofs on file that due and
<br />legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place of the
<br />hearing upon said final account and petition for distribution, and that no objections have been
<br />filed thereto. Thereupon evidence was duly introduced and the Court made a careful examination of
<br />the said final account and vouchers submitted therewith,an-d being fully advised in the premises
<br />finds that the'said final account is true and correct in all respects and should be approved and
<br />confirmed.
<br />The Court further finds all proceedings have been had in the matter of said estate for the filing
<br />and allowance of claims; that a time and place has been duly fixed for the filing and allowing of
<br />such claims; that all claims filed and allowed have been paid in full, and that all debts, expenses
<br />and allowances against the said estate have been paid in full, except allowances to the said wido ,
<br />which she has duly waived. The Court further finds that the said widow of the said Richard L.
<br />Marsh, deceased, is entitled to the specific exemptions of personal property set forth in her
<br />said final account, and the same are hereby awarded to her. That there remains no personal property
<br />belonging to the said estate, and that the said Richard L.Marsh died seized of the following des -
<br />cribed real estate, to -wit:
<br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (EJ SEJ) of Section 3, Township 9,North Range 9, West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />The Northwest quarter of Section 10, Township 91 North Range 9, West 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />and that the said Northwest quarter of said Section 10 was at the time of the death of said
<br />Richard L.Marsh subject to incumbrance of record thereon in the principal sum of $5000.00, which
<br />has been renewed and extended by the said Executrix pursuant to order of this Court herein, and
<br />that the said real estate should be assigned and distributed as provided by the terms of the last
<br />will and testament of the said Richard L.Marsh, deceased,
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED that the said final account of the said Executrix be, and
<br />the same is hereby approved and confirmed and the said Executrix discharged from her trust. That
<br />the said real estate hereinbefore described be, and the same is hereby assigned and set over to
<br />the devisees thereof as provided by the said last will and testament, and subject to said inoum-
<br />brance, to -wit:
