<br />WILL AND DECREE.
<br />Is Richard L.Mardh, of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory
<br />do make and publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form following := that is to
<br />say:
<br />First.
<br />I direct that my just debts and the expenses attending my burial be first paid.
<br />Second.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Addie Marsh, for the period of her natural life,
<br />or until she remarri6s: after my death, the income rents, issues and profits from all the rest,
<br />residue and remainder of the property, both real and personal, of which I shall die the owner,
<br />upon the death of said Addie MarSh, without having rema.kried after my death, all of said property
<br />remaining at her death, after the payment of her funeral expenses, to pass by absolute title to
<br />our children, Emmet C.Mardh, Howard L.Marsh, Ethel May True, Elva L.Marsh, Dorris E.Marsh and
<br />Richard W.Ma.rsh, share and share alike, provided, however, that any sums due to my estate from
<br />any of my said children, shall be deducted from his or her share, in making final settlement.

<br />In the event my said wife Addie Marsh, should remarry after my death, then and in that event,
<br />immediately upon such remarriage of said Addie Marsh, her life use of my said property shall e
<br />and terminate and said Addie Marsh shall have receive and take one -third of the property of whi

<br />I shall die the owner, by absolute title, and the other two - thirds shall immediately pass to my
<br />said children by absolute title, share and share alike, any indebtedness due to me from my said
<br />children to be deducted from his or her share.
<br />Third.
<br />I nominate and appoint my said wife Addie Marsh as executrix of this will, granting to said
<br />executrix full power and authority to sell and convey both real and personal property, for the
<br />purpose of paying debts against my estate.
<br />In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 11th day of July, 1925-
