<br />School and Business College,and the remainder if any to be delivered to the said Henry Rehder by
<br />said Trustee,when he shall attain the age of 21 years.In the event Henry Rehder shall not live to
<br />attain his twenty - first birthday,then in that event any remainder of this sum which shall be in
<br />the hands of the Trustee,I give and bequeath to my son,Alfred Rehder.The said Trustee to keep
<br />said moneys invested in Government Bonds or First Real Estate Mortgages.

<br />3. I give and bequeath unto my daughter,Annie Rehder Schoel,my kitehen cook stove.
<br />4. I give and bequeath unto my son,Harry Rehder,my three piece parlor set of furniture.
<br />5. All of the rest,residue and remainder of my personal property of every kind and nature,I give
<br />and bequeath to my five children, Alfred Rehder,Otto Rehder,Harry Rehder,Annie Rehder Schoel and
<br />Minnie Rehder Bockhahn,in equal shares.
<br />6. I give,devise and bequeath all of my real estate,consisting of residence property in Grand
<br />Island,and farm in Hall County,Nebraska,to my five children in equal shares,Alfred Rehder,Otto
<br />Reh der,Harry Rehder,Annie Rehder Schoel and Minnie Rehder Bockhahn,with the restriction however
<br />that the said real estate,shall not be sold,transferred,mortgaged or otherwise encumbered for a
<br />period of five years from the date of my death;and that the income received from said real estate
<br />shall be used for the payment of taxes,insurance,interest,up -keep of said property,and the balanc
<br />if any,shall be applied toward the payment of above bequests,and the repayment of the Mortgage
<br />Loan of $4000.00 now of record against my farm land.
<br />7. I hereby make,constitute and appoint my sons,Alfred Rehder and Otto Rehder,Executors of this
<br />my last Will and Testament.
