<br />IThe Court further finds that due and legal notice of the time and place for filing claims against
<br />said estate has been given, that said time has fully elapsed and that any claim now outstanding
<br />against said estate, if any there be, are forever barred.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />William Schwieger, Administrator of the estate of Dora Schwieger, be, and the same hereby is, in
<br />all things approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Administrator and said estate
<br />is hereby settled and closed and said Administrator discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting up or
<br />asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT That under the laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska, the real estate hereinbefore described as follows:
<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE;SWJ) of Section Fifteen (15), and the East
<br />Half of the Northwest Quarter (EJ NWJ) of Section Twenty two all in Township Ten (10), North,
<br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />passed and descended as follows:
<br />To William Schwieger, husband of desceased Dora Schwieger, an undivided one -third interest
<br />therein by absolute title and to the following named children of said deceased, Dora Schwieger
<br />each an undivided 2/27 interest therein by absolute title; Etta Schroeder, Ella Claussen, Meta
<br />Wrage, Amanda Spyths, Frieda Cummings, William Schwieger,Jr., Leo Schwieger, Viola Schwieger
<br />and Edwin Schwieger.
