<br />Now on this 29th day of January, 1935, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />William Schwieger, Administrator of the estate of Dora Schwieger, deceased, and upon the petition
<br />of said Administrator for the allowance and approval of said report, the settlement of said estato,
<br />and discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein and being fully
<br />advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the t
<br />and place fixed by the Court for the hearing upon said final report and`this to being no objections
<br />to said report, and the court having examined the same, advise that said report is true and corre�t
<br />in all things and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of
<br />said Administrator, said estate settled and closed and said Administrator discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Dora Schwieger departed this life on the 19th day of Decem-
<br />ber, 1932, and at the time of her death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />that she left no last Will and Testament; that the said Dora Schwieger left surviving her the
<br />following: William Sehwieger,, husband of Grand Island,Nebraska, Etta Schroeder, daughter, of
<br />Cairo, Nebraska, Ella Claussen Daughter of Boelus, Nebraska, Meta Wrage, Daughter of Alda, Nebras'
<br />Amanda Spiehs, daughter of Grand Island,Nebraska, Frieda Cummings, daughter of Sorand Island,
<br />Nebraska, William Schwieger Jr. son of Grand Island,Nebraska, Leo Schwieger, son of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, Viola Schwieger, minor daughter of Grand Island,Nebraska, and Edwin Schwieger, minor
<br />son of Grand Island,Nebraska.; that the above named persons are the heirs and only heirs at law
<br />and next of kin of said deceased Dora Schwieger.
<br />The Court further finds that at the date of her death, Dora Schwieger was seized in fee of the
<br />..following described property:
<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE-,SWJ) of Section Fifteen (15), and the East Hal:
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (E-�;NWJ) of Section Twenty -two (22) all in Township Ten (10),North, Range
<br />Ten (10) West, of the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that all outstanding debts against said estate have been paid, that the
<br />costs of this proceeding have been paid.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate of said deceased is not subject to an inheritance tax
<br />r

<br />the laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to a federal estate tax under the laws of the United State
<br />The Court further finds that the said Dora Schwieger left no property other than the above described
<br />real estate for distribution, that said real estate should descend according to the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska, as follows:
<br />One -third to William Schwieger, husband of the deceased, and an undivided two - twenty - sevenths
<br />interest to each of the following children of said Dora Schwieger, to -wit: Etta Schroeder, Ella
<br />Claussen, Meta Wrage, Amanda Spiehs, Frieda Cummings, William Schwieger Jr., Leo Schwieger, Viola
<br />Schwieger and Edwin Schwieger.
