<br />admitted to probate in this Court on the 18th day of October, 1934, and which will with certifi-
<br />Cate admitting the same to probate, is in words and figures as follows:
<br />"The Labt -:Will of Err,ut Senkbeil.
<br />I, Ernest Senkbeil make this my last will hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />I Appoint my wife-Antonie Senkbeil executrix of this will and provide that she need give no bonds.
<br />All my property, real, personal and mixed I give devise and bequeath, to my wife, to her and her
<br />heirs forever.
<br />I make no provision for my children as they are amply provided for and do not need any help from
<br />me.
<br />Done at Grand Island this 27" day of August, 1929.

<br />and for his last will in our presence and we in his presence and at his special request and in t

<br />CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE I, Marren Riggs, County Judge of said County, do hereby certify
<br />THE STATE OF NEBRASKA that the attached instrument was on this 16th day of October, 1934,1
<br />MERRICK COUNTY :as* duly proved, in this court, and found and decreed to be the Last Wia
<br />and Testament of the said Ernest Senkbeil, deceased and the same was admitted to probate and duly,
<br />recorded in this Office.
<br />In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and official seal this 16th day of October,1934.

<br />The Court further finds that order was made fixing the time for filing claims, to -awit: The 20th
<br />day of February, 1935, and that due mtice of said order was given by publication in a legal news-
<br />paper in said Merrick County, to -wit: Central City Republican, and -that no claims were filed but
<br />the Court finds that all claims against said estate have been paid and that no further claims can
<br />be filed,
<br />The Court further finds that all real estate, the property of the deceased, is devised by said
<br />will to Antonie Senkbeil, his widow, and that all personal property wheresoever situate, is given
<br />her by said will; that all costs, attorneys fees and expenses of this proceeding have been paid
<br />and that this estate is not subject to inheritance taxes by the State of Nebraska or estate taxes
<br />on the part of the United States of America.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims have been paid and that any unpaid
<br />claims, if any there should be, are forever barred and all persons holding any such claims are
<br />enjoined from filing any such claims herein; that the following real estate, to- wit:
<br />South Half of the North West Quarter of the South West Quarter of Section 36, Township 12,North,
<br />Range S,
<br />North West Quarter of the North East Quarter and the North Half of the South West Quarter of the
<br />North East Quarter and the North East Quarter of the North West Quarter of Section 9, Township 11
<br />North, Range 91
<br />South East Quarter of the South West Quarter, the South West Quarter of the South East Quarter
<br />and Lot 3 on the South bank of the north channel of the Platte River in Section 41 Township 11
<br />North, Range S,
<br />all in Merrick County, Nebraska, and
<br />an undivided one - -sixth interest in Lot 4 in Block 15 in H,G,Clark's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />is hereby awarded the said Antonie Senkbeil, widow of the deceased, in fee simple, to her and to
<br />her heirs forever, and that report of said executrix be hereby approved as her final report and
<br />that she be discharged from further performing the duties of that office and her bond released
<br />from further liability.
