<br />!To Emma Bell Woodman, his wife, an undivided one -third thereof,
<br />lCharles L.Woodman, a son, an undivided two- ninths thereof,
<br />'To Edna M.Cole, a daughter, an undivided two - ninths thereof,
<br />To Grace E.Beers, a daughter, an undivided two - ninths thereof.
<br />'It is therefore considered by the court that the report of the administratrix be, and the same is,
<br />hereby approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged of her trust.
<br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court, that all persons are forever barred from filin
<br />or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of William Woodman, deceased.
<br />The court further finds that the property belonging to said estate has been appraised for the
<br />purpose of fixing inheritance tax and that from the appraiser's report and proof on file, the cour
<br />finds that said estate is not subject to any inheritance tax whatsoever.
<br />It is therefore considered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the personal property remaining
<br />in the hands of the administratrix to -wit: a note and mortgage for $600.00 executed by Charles L.
<br />Woodman and wife on Lot Five (5) Mainland, in Section Thirty -five (35) Township Ten (10) North of
<br />Range Ten (10), in Hall County, Nebraska, is hereby assigned to the above named heirs, that there
<br />remains no personal property in her hands for distribution.
<br />It is further considered, adjudged and decreed by the court that all of the right, title and in-
<br />terest of William Woodman in and to the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E SEJ) of Section Thr
<br />(3) Township Nine (9) North of Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., did pass and descend at his
<br />death, under and by virtue of the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, in the manner following:
<br />To Emma Bell Woodman, his wife, an undivided one -third thereof,
<br />To Charles L.Woodman, a son, an undivided two - ninths thereof,
<br />To Edna M.Cole, a daughter, an undivided two - ninths thereof,
<br />To Grace E.Beers, a daughter, an undivided two - ninths thereof,
<br />subject to the homestead rights of the said Emma Bell Woodman, and the court awards it to them.

<br />The Court further finds that Ernest Senkbeil departed this life on the 8th day of September, 1934,
