<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />of William Woodman, Deceased.
<br />low on the 19th day of February, 1935, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Bell Woodman, administratrix of the estate of William Woodman, deceased, and it appearing to
<br />the satisfaction of the court from the proof now on file, that notice was given to all persons
<br />interested, of the filing of said report and of the time fixed for final settlement of.said estate,
<br />publication, and that no one has appeared to object to the allowance of said report,
<br />ter full examination thereof, the court finds that the said report is correct in all respects
<br />d ought to be allowed and approved, that the said administratrix has paid all of the debts of
<br />id deceased, the funeral expenses and all other claims filed against said estate that said ad-
<br />tratrix has accounted for all of the estate that has come into her possession, that there
<br />ins in her hands no personal property except a note and mortgage for $600.00 executed by Charle
<br />.Woodman and wife, on Lot Five (5) Mainland* in Section Thirty -five (35) Township Ten (10),North
<br />Range Ten (10) in Hall County, Nebraska, which note draws six per cent interest and was due
<br />19, 193+, and which mortgage was recorded in book 61 of mortgages at page 531 of the records
<br />f Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />he court finds that creditors of the said William Woodman, deceased, were duly notified by pub -
<br />ication for three consecutive weeks as required by law, as to the time limited and place appointed
<br />or filing claims against said estate, and that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expire
<br />hat all claims outstanding against said deoeased, if any such there be, are forever barred,
<br />he court finds that the said William Woodman departed this life on the 18th day of May, 1934, that
<br />e was, at the time of his death, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, that he died intestate, lean
<br />ng surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law, the following named persons:
<br />Bell Woodman, his wife,
<br />les L.Woodman, a son,
<br />M.Cole, a daughter,
<br />e E.Beers, a daughter,
<br />court finds that the said William Woodman was, at the time of his death, the owner of the East
<br />alf of the Southeast quarter (E* SEJ) of Section Three (3) Township Nine (9) North of Range Ten {
<br />est of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, and that under the laws of descent of the state of
<br />ebraska, said real estate descended as follows at his death:
