<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />5th day of December 1933, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Ida Reg
<br />deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 26th day of December, 1933, said in-
<br />strument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Ida Reger, deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Ida Reger, Deceased.
<br />Now, on this 124 day of March, 1935, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />William Suhr, Executor herein.
<br />The Court finds that Ida Reger died on the 2nd day of December, 1933; that on the 5th day of
<br />December, 1933, a petition was filed herein, offering for probate a purported last will and testa
<br />ment of said Ida Reger; that a time was fixed by the court and notice published according to
<br />law of the time and place fixed for hearing said will, and that on said date said last will and
<br />testament Qf Ida Reger was gdmitted to probate as and for her last will and testament.
<br />The Court finds that a time was fixed for filing claims against said estate, and notice publishes
<br />according to law, and that all claims filed and allowed have been paid, except the claim of Mrs.
<br />Bertha Schultz, which said claim was allowed in the sum of $10.00, and said Bertha Schultz-
<br />fused to accept the same from the executor, and the court finds that said executor has paid said
<br />amount of $10.00 into this court for the use and benefit of said Bertha Schultz.
<br />That the time fixed for filing claims has expired and all claims against said estate, not filed,
<br />are barred.
<br />The Court further finds that the inheritance tax -has been paid, that all bequests have been paid
<br />and that the report of the executor is in all things - correct and should be allowed as and for hi
<br />final report.
<br />The Court further finds that said Ida Reger died seized of the following described real estate;
<br />Block Four (4) of George Loan's Subdivision of the south part of the west half of the northwest
<br />quarter of Section Ten (10), in Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.
<br />in Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded; that under the lest
<br />will and testament of said Ida Reger said real estate was devised to Asa W.Martin.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said final report be, and the
<br />same Is hereby, allowed as and for the final report of William Suhr, Executor, herein, and that
<br />he is hereby discharged and his bond released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate described as fol-
<br />lows: Block 4 of George Loan's Subdivision of the south part of the westhalf of the northwest
<br />quarter of Section 10, in Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., in Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded$ under the last will and testament of Ida
<br />Reger, deceased, was devised to Asa W.Martin, and thereby passed and descended to him, in absolu'
