<br />"IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Letters of Administration, with Will Annexed, be issued to Andrew
<br />C.Paterson of Detroit, Michigan, upon his filing in this office his bond in the sum of $1,000.00
<br />with surety to be approved by the Court.
<br />"IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that said Administrator, with Will Annexed, be allowed one year in which
<br />to administer the Estate of said deceased, and make settlement with the Court and with the
<br />legatees under the Will."
<br />The court further finds that under the terms of said Last Will and Testament of]WIlliam McEver,
<br />Deceased, -the testator directed that the following legacies be paid: Helen Partridge, $1,000.00;
<br />Ruth Partridge, $1,000.00; Susan Partridge, $1,000.00; that Andrew C.Paterson, administrator with
<br />the will annexed of William McEver,deceased, has filed in this court an Exemplification of the
<br />record of the probate of the estate of William McEver, deceased, in the County of Wayne, State of
<br />Michigan, which shows the following receipts:
