Due notice of the time and place appointed for proving said instrument hav- <br />ing been given as required by law: And it appearing to the Court from the testimony of E.T.HARRIN <br />TON, one of the subscribing witnesses to said instrument, that said instrument was signed by the <br />said William McEver and attested and subscribed in his presence and at his request by two competen <br />witnesses, and that said testator was then of sound mind. And it further appearing to the Court <br />that said testator was of full age at the time of executing said instrument, that he died on the <br />first day of June, A.D. 1932, that at the time of his decease he was an inhabitant of said County <br />of Wayne, and that said instrument is duly proved and ought to be allowed as the last will and <br />testament of said deceased; IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED that said instrument be and the same is <br />by allowed and that it have full force and effect as the last will and testament of said de- <br />ceased. <br />RDERS -- PROBATE - -SHORT <br />TATE OF MICHIGAN ) <br />)ss. 191,429 <br />ounty of Wayne } <br />GEORGE M.
