<br />I, WILLIAM McEVER, of Detroit, Mayne County, Michigan, do make, publish and declare this to be my
<br />'.Last Will and Testament in the manner following, hereby revoking all wills and codicils by me at
<br />'any time heretofore made.

<br />xI direct that all my debts, the expenses of my last illness, funeral,burial and of administering
<br />!my estate, and all inheritance, legacy, succession or similar duties or taxes which shall become
<br />,payable in respect of any property or interest passing under my Will, or any codicil which I may
<br />hereafter execute, shall be paid, and charged to my residuary estate.

<br />I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1;000.0(3) to each of my following named
<br />grandnieces: HELEN PARTRIDE, RUTH PARTRIDGE and SUSAN PARTRIDGE.

<br />I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my property and estate of
<br />which I may die seized or possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the tine of my death, of
<br />whatsoever kind or nature, real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever situate, including all propert
<br />over which I may have the power to appoint or dispose of by my Last Will and Testament, share and
<br />share alike, to those of my following tamed nieces who shall survive me and to the issue by right
<br />of representation of any deceased one of them, viz: MABEL ADA GERMAIN, of LaGrange, Illinois;
<br />MRS. MARTHA OLIVE OLIVER, of Chicago, Illinois; and MRS. ETHEL WICK of Detroit, Michigan.
<br />1V.
<br />I nominate, constitute and appoint DETROIT TRUST COMPANY, a Michigan corporation of Detroit,
<br />Michigan, Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament, and I give unto said Executor, or any ad-
<br />ministrator with the Will annexed, full power to sell, mortgage, hypothecate, invest, reinvest,
<br />exchange, manage, control and in any way use and deal with any and all property of my estate dur-
<br />ing the administration thereof, without any application to court for leave or confirmation unless
<br />the same be expressly required by law.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I. WILLIAM MOVER, of Detroit, Michigan, on this 14th day of March, A.D. 1931,
<br />have declared this to be my Last Will and Testament, consisting of this and.one other sheet of
<br />paper, and have hereunto set my hand and seal in the presence of the Witnesses below subscribed,
<br />who have so subscribed the same in my presence.
