<br />The Court further finds that said Diedrich Nietfeld, deceased, died seized in fee simple of the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Ten (10) in Block Three (3) of Koehlers Place, in the city of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebras a.
<br />which said property was the homestead of said Dora Nietfeld and Diedrich Nietfeld, deceased, and
<br />the said real estate, and all interest therein, passed and descended, under and by virtue of the
<br />last will and testament of Diedrich Nietfeld, deceased one -third to Dora Nietfeld, and the remain

<br />ing two - thirds to Lena Thompson, Clara Coleman, Catherina Kroeger, Margaret Roennfeldt, Diedrich
<br />I Nietfeld,Jr. , Emma Nietfeld, Lydia Idetfeld, and Louise Nietfeld, share and share alike, subjed.t
<br />however, the the life use of Dora Nietfeld, widow.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT,, that the final report of Dietrich
<br />Nietfeld,Jr.. , executor of the last will and testament '�f Diedrich Nietfeld, deceased, be, and_ th
<br />same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final report, and the said estate is hereby
<br />closed and said executor discharged, as soon as he has qualified as testamentary trustee.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims filed against said estat
<br />have been paid, that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place
<br />fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate, and that the time fixed for fil-
<br />ing claims has fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate, not filed
<br />herein, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any su
<br />claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHM ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the divison of the personal propert
<br />made by Dietrich Nietfeld Jr., executor herein, to Dora Nietfeld and Diedrich Nietfeld Jr. testa-
<br />mentary trustee, as above set forth is hereby ratified, approved.-and confirmed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under and by virtue of the last wil
<br />and testament of Diedrich Nietfeld, deceased, the absolute title to the following described real
<br />estate, to- wit: Lot Ten (10) in Block . Three (3) of Koehlers Place in the city of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, passed and descended one - third (1/3) thereof to,--Dora Nietfeld, and the
<br />remaining two - thirds (2/3) thereof to Lena Thompson, Clara Coleman, Catherina Kroeger, Margaret
<br />Roennfeldt, Diedrich Nietfeld, Jr., Emma Nietfeld, Lydia Nietfeld and Louise Nietfeld, share and
<br />share alike, subject to the life use of the said Dora Nietfeld.
