<br />To Elizabeth E.Miller, surviving widow, the west half of the southeast quarter, and the northeas
<br />quarter of the southeast quarter of Section Fifteen (15), in Township Eleven (11), North, of Ran
<br />Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., also the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section
<br />Twenty -three (23) ,Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12); The west twenty -five feet of
<br />Lot Three (3), and all of Lot Four (4) in Block Four (4) of Dodd and Marshall's Addition to the
<br />Town of Wood-River, and the north half of the southwest quarter of Section Twenty -two (22), in
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., all in Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />was devised by fee simple title.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against said estate, an
<br />not filed herein, are forever barred.
